Outbreak??

Hello…. This is my first time ever posting… but I just need to know if this looks like herpes or not? This popped up after being very wet and I thought maybe it was just “too moist”, but after looking at some pictures I feel like it might be a breakout. I left a vm with my gynecologist for testing!
