I have to stop breastfeeding😫

So I have bad acid reflux caused by H. pylori and have to get treated. I can’t breastfeed while on medication. I don’t wanna do antibiotics, because it makes me very sick. I wanna treat it naturally by taking mastic gum and other herbal stuff, which will take longer to treat it. My baby is 6 months, I feel disappointed and guilty, that I can’t continue to breastfeed. What’s your input on this and did anyone went through the same thing?
