Abnormal bleeding HELP

I need help ASAP. I’m going to be calling an OBGYN to try to get in but I need input.

I have had 3 kids, my most recent one in October 2023. I have had bleeding during ovulation before she was born and then again since she was born. It varies with length and heaviness. I always attributed it to ovulation. Well I just finished my week of ovulation and lightly bled for 5 days (didn’t need a pad). Then it was gone for a day. Then yesterday I started bleeding more and today it’s like a moderate period. I’m not supposed to get my period for like 11 more days. There are some small and tiny clots and some tissue looking stuff. I’m terrified it’s some sort of uterine or cervical cancer. Could it be something else like fibroids or polyps or something? Has anyone dealt with this and had it not be cancer? Also I’m not pregnant. We’ve had sex once in the last two weeks and used a condom.
