What does it mean

I’m very sick.. I had food poisoning along with the flu and I’m so weak and achy so I asked my husband to go check for thermometer in the other bathroom….he came back and said he looked every and didn’t see it… yall why I’m up and I jus open the drawer in the other bathroom and it’s right on top… in plain sight…. But he will think I’m wrong when I say he don’t give a fuck about me…. He never looked! I’m really feeling some way!
