Stressed

Hi guys, I’m 26 weeks pregnant today & I’m beyond mentally stressed. Between my husband and toddler, I just genuinely don’t have the energy to do anything. I’ve been boohoo crying for about a week. I scheduled an appt with a therapist but it isn’t until mid March. I just feel like rotting and giving up on everything. Just seeking some encouraging words or ideas on how to cope.. I don’t have any friends or family I can reach out to. I’m a stay at home mom so it’s mostly just my toddler and I. My husband isn’t really emotionally supportive so idk, I just feel like I’m at a loss.
