Advice?

So currently i had a loss in January ended up getting pregnant again on the 13th i had my hcg done which was 391 and on the 18th 4,351 then 24th it was 7,101 and the 27th was 6,848 which i panicked my doctor sent me to ultrasound which they said it looks like 5 weeks 5 days due to my last loss in my file was written that the loss in Januarywas due to baby not being in sack the tec told me it may be that case. Can anyone please tell me if its a pole in my ultrasound cause i feel it is.. but idk
