Period early

Hi! I am wondering if maybe I should make an appointment with my OB... I am on BC pills and going off my packet and this app I'm not supposed to get my period for a week yet. I haven't missed a pill either. But starting 3 days ago I had a brown sticky discharge whenever i wiped. Then yesterday I woke up and had to run to the bathroom.

Then it was a very dark brown with some dark red color but a lot more than the day before. It was like my period had come. The cramps were bad but manageable. Now today the brown seems to have subsided and it's just a really dark red and the cramps are absolutely taking me out along with lower back pain. I don't want to move or do anything they are so bad.
