Bleeding early pregnancy

I woke up this am to what felt like a gush of blood. I went to the bathroom where light pink/brown/ rusty colored blood came out. Throughout the day id wipe and there’d be a small amount of I took a nap and when I got up, same this as this morning.

Im 6w5d, no cramping, no other symptoms other than this heavy spotting/light bleeding

I fell Sunday, landed on my butt pretty hard. SCH?

I’m on progesterone suppositories until 12 weeks and missed last nights pill. Bleeding bc of that?

My OB was not concerned at all esp since it was light in color and amount. I’m praying so hard this is just a fluke thing and baby is fine.

Anybody else experience something similar and go on to have a healthy pregnancy? This is my 3rd and this did not happen w my last 2.
