Any advice ladies please

So ive just found out yesterday im pregnant with my second child and im about 8 weeks give or take a few days. Ive been bleeding for the last 2 weeks which i thought was a period as i was due on 2-3 weeks ago however i knew something was different as its only spotting on and off so took 3 different tests and boom positive in seconds on all of them. Im in for a scan tomorrow due to the bleeding but im an emotional wreck ive been trying for 3 years and panicing its something bad and they were all false positives. I had no complications/ symptoms or bleeding with my first so its all new to me this. Has anyone else has bleeding on and off for weeks in their first trimester before?
