What are his intentions?

Hi everyone! So one of my coworkers and I have been talking recently. He’s always with me and flirting at work, he’s always showing me memes and helping me out in little ways. We eat lunch together and walk to our parking garage together. He calls me almost every night and we talk for hours. However, we’ve had many conversations about his ex, and how that situation has been really hard for him to get over. He also started telling me that other girls looked pretty and started texting one of them and would tell me about it. His actions show that he likes me but his words say that he doesn’t. What do you all think??
