no heartbeat..

hi.. today i was supposed to be 12 weeks pregnant.. on saturday i noticed some spotting which is really abnormal compared to my last pregnancies.. sunday the spotting continued so my husband and i decided to go to the er since our ob was closed.. after lots of blood work, urine samples, and an ultrasound 5 hours later they told me baby was only measuring 9 weeks and there was no heartbeat.. i instantly went numb and have just cried on and off even in my sleep.. i’ve never experienced this.. and idk if my body will pass naturally because it’s only been spotting.. i called my ob because my first appointment with her was supposed to be Thursday.. i’m at a lose.. i’ve deleted all my pregnancy apps.. because i need something to make this feel real.. the though of my dead son being inside of me is making me sick.. idk what to do or who to talk to.. i really need some help..
