Please help me

So me and my boyfriend do stuff but not sex just head and i took a test 3 times just to be sure i suffer with really bad anxiety. Number 1 I’m 5 days late on my period but i have all the symptoms like cramps sore breast headaches all of it. Today i woke up and i was bleeding but now im not nothing at all. I’m fasting too so i was wondering if that was the case can someone please tell me what it could be. Number 2 I also bleed when i ovulate can someone tell me why? I’m really worried smt is wrong
