Health improvement help!

Rh

So the story behind this is long and a bit complicated, bear with me please! For the last almost 15 years of my life I have been disabled due to a progressive, and rare metabolic disorder. It causes extreme muscle weakness throughout my entire body which has affected the ability for some of my organs to function properly. After YEARS of medication, finally addressing my nutrition, and butt loads of work I am making some progress again with my health. I'm in the process of re learning to walk for the 4th or 5th time. I have regained the ability to eat some, though I can't fully sustain myself in doing so on my own. More than anything, I just want to take back some of my health and life. Now I am not disillusioned into thinking you guys are going to give me some miracle cure, I am ofcourse still seeing my doctors BUT I would like to ask for some reccomendations on things I can do on my own to help matters. I am taking creatine powder to assist with physical therapy, I'm trying to up my water intake, etc. Are there any supplements or things to help with energy and fatigue? Something you swear by to help regulate bowel movements or boost motility? I've seen women taking beef organ supplements to help with hormones and such, I do have PCOS. Literally any little bit of help can go a long way...this is so hard, and I have been pushing myself to the limit. I'm so exhausted, but I want to be healthier so badly. I have outlived every prognosis they have tried to give me, and pulled through many situations doctors didn’t think possible. I hope I can do it, but I'm just getting really frustrated and impatient. Any suggestions are welcome, I appreciate anyone who has stuck through reading this!
