Any advice

My boyfriend is my best friend. We have been together for 4 years and we live together.

I’m always excited to see him and spend time with him. I love when we do our hobbies together. I love just being around him.

However, the past few months I have had a low sex drive and don’t feel sexual towards him right now.

He gets upset about it and thinks I don’t find him attractive anymore. Which is not true.

I don’t know how to get my sex drive back.

I think my birth control is the reason.
