can’t get earrings off!

Okay y’all, I am so tired of this - I need help!

I’m about to cry because of this.

I got my ears pierced for the first time about a year and a half ago.

Now, first of all the girl who pierced them was NOT good. I am sorry, but she truly wasn’t. I understand that mistakes happen but she 1. She pierced one of them a lot higher up than the other one 2. my mom was there and apparently she also dropped something on the floor (and used it on me w/o cleaning it first…pretty sure it was the needle or the jewelry) 3. She put (screwed?) on the jewelry too tight (wayyyyy too tight)

I can’t get them off and I’ve tried everything!

Tweezers, my fingers, rubber gloves, another person, heat, cheap pliers (tried to cut the jewelry off) might have to try again w better / stronger pliers. I even bought a tool from SHEIN that you’re supposed to be able to remove jewelry with (it’s like a lil claw thingy that grabs onto the jewelry and you can twist it).

NOTHINGS WORKING. I’ve tried : twisting, pulling, wiggling - everything - it won’t move (not even one millimeter).

It’s a flat back & the jewelry / front is a ball.

Now the thing is I am not 100% sure, but i think it is a screw on (not a push pin or anything). I think I (might have) a memory of her twisting it on / saying something about “oh I just have to twist on the ball and then we’re done!”

Could be wrong tho, but again, I’ve tried pulling it (in different directions) and nothing happens + my nose piercing is push pin / threadless and I know how they work / can easily remove & change that one!

What should I do?

and no, I do not wanna go to a piercing place or anything to get them removed + changed.

Also sorry, before anyone gets mad, I didn’t know where to post this!

“Update” - responding to ppl in comments:

for everyone asking why I don’t wanna go to a piercing shop: it’s not that I’m TOTALLY against it. I will do it if I HAVE to / if there’s NO other way to get the jewelry out. It’s just that I’d prefer not to spend money on it (I’d rather do it at home for free if I could yk)

On top of that I have like a weird cyst-bump behind / on 1 of my earlobes (idk how to explain it, it’s rlly weird cuz it’s not a keloid and it’s not a normal piercing bump that goes away after a while)…but I’m scared that they’d make me take the jewelry out (& not put new jewelry in) if they saw my “bump” around / close to my piercing (it goes from the piercing hole + “further down” on my earlobe - idk how to explain it). But it’s filled w pus and blood (sometimes w more / sometimes less). I do keep it clean and always have (ever since I got the piercing) w saline solution spray. Honestly that (the bump) is the main reason why I wanna take the jewelry out, I think the jewelry they put in = cheap / bad which caused an infection / the bump.
