Help!
I'm a first time mom. I just had my little one last week. Please give me advice on how to increase breast milk supply or pumping schedule you can recommend. I think my breast milk is decreasing. Yesterday I pumped 1oz. Today, my milk supply did not even reach 1oz ☹️ for both breasts. My breast milk arrived 3 days ago. Please help. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
