sign of pregnancy?

just a quick question, has anyone else had breakthrough bleeding? i am 2-3 days late for my period, when i wiped i had a little bit of brown/pinkish stuff on the toilet paper and its been about 6-7 hours and still no period. is this a pregnancy sign?

i possibly conceived february 26th, ive recently been more hungry, a little nauseous, dizzy, moody/sensitive and bloated. a few weeks ago i felt twinges like weird pains that randomly happened for a few seconds which lasted 2-3 days. i’m just curious if this has happened to anyone else.
