Polyhydramnios- 31 weeks

Hi ladies! So I have been feeling very horrible for the past few months, my stomach is huge! A few weeks ago I started getting really bad heartburn and I feel so out of breath. I can’t even bend down to pick anything up. Since I am a pre-K teacher I chalked it up to just being exhausted and getting home to my other three kiddos didn’t help. Today at my dr’s appointment I voiced my concern that I had gained 9 pounds in two weeks. Doctor immediately checked my fundal height and told me that I am measuring 39 weeks. I am only 31 weeks. He checked my ultrasound that they did two weeks ago and it turns out that my amniotic fluid is at a 26. I am so scared, I will be having doctors visits twice a week from here on out. Have any of you gone through this? What was the outcome? When did you deliver and did you have to get a C-section? Thank you ❤️🙏🏻
