Negative right? The line looks squiggly.

I only took the test because on the 16th I had spotting and and on the 17th and 18th it’s was like a normal bleed the next day it was just gone and I usually have a 5 day cycle so I’m not sure what’s going on . My period wasn’t supposed to come till the 20th so I’m just confused I have a 37 day cycle could I be testing to early or wait to see if my cycle shows up next month??
