Ovulation ?

So I’m 3 weeks and 2 days postpartum and I’ve been trying to track my ovulation coming back as I want to track everything I’ve been having a mild twinge/cramp feeling in my left ovary and my ovulation tests are positive but I’m not actually sure if the ovulation tests work so I’m just wondering are the twinges/cramps in my left side/ovary a sign of ovulation please and thankyou

Wait until you’ve had a period to track. At this point after birth nothing will be “normal”.

I imagine at 3wks theres still hcg in the system. That would cause a poaiitve opk. Check hcg by doing a pregnancy test (even a cheap dollar store one) and youll know if hcg is out yet. If it is then id say positive opk is related to LH surge and possible ovulation.

If your opks are positive then you are having an lh surge. You can have a surge and not ovulate. If you do ovulate then you'll have a period in about 2 weeks. Your opks are more accurate than symptoms.

Its too early to track. Your body is still trying to heal - wait until your first period, even then, your periods could be irregular.
