Pregnancy after miscarraige

Hi everyone, I have a 2.5 year old and have recently suffered a miscarriage. We were going to wait a bit to try again but we have gotten pregnant rather quickly after (we didn’t track ovulation and I naively thought after trying for over a year for our first that “one time” was probably not going to make a baby ha). I am obviously happy as we are excited to have another baby but I am filled with anxiety about the possibility of another miscarriage and it is the main focus for me at the moment. Does anyone who has experience this before have any tips or advice on how to get through the first trimester anxiety ?. Xx
