3 years of second infertility

I have PCOS. I’ve been on 2.5 letrozole for 5 months. These last two months I started 5 letrozole with trigger shot and monitored cycles but haven’t gotten pregnant. (My ultrasounds and blood work have been coming back good and my fertility doctor says I’m very fertile) Did it take you a while to conceive with medicated and monitored cycles? I am just so sad. I got pregnant naturally with my first. It was a great and easy pregnancy but I haven’t been able to get parents for 3 years now. I need success stories and what you did different the month you conceived. 🥺
