Super strong positive at only 10dpo?!!
So with my first I didnt test positive until 12dpo, and even then it was really faint! This time I had spotting at 7 and 8dpo so assume implantation bleeding (no spotting at all with my first) and a faint test at 9dpo. My boobs are already ridiculously sore (no symptoms until 6 weeks with my first). Is there any chance this is a sign of having twins???? I'm freaking out! I know all pregnancies can be different, but this is crazy different.
