Implantation bleeding

Im curious, I haven’t had a period for a few years now properly as I’ve been on the coil. The nurse said once out things will go back to normal right away. I’ve had it out 6 weeks now almost and I’ve been checking my ovulation with tests. 6 days ago I hit my peak and had sex. Through the night and early morning I’ve noticed this, I had a few very small achy pains in the middle of my stomach under my pubic bone and some back ache but nothing major. I’m not bleeding enough for a pad either, there is no smell to it like there would be with a period and there is no discharge either. Is this implantation? It’s not bright red it’s like a brown
