Hair product recommendations plz

I did post this on the Australian group but I thought I’d try here too, I’m turning 40 this year and I want to change my lifestyle of always straightening my hair I’m looking to keep my natural wavy/curly hair but I always thought it looked to messy, so I’m looking for any recommendations on products for my hair type that’s also damaged, I loaded my hair with conditioner today my hair is quite fine brittle and dry at the ends and very frizzy, hardly anyone sees me with my natural hair, oh and I think my hair is thinning a little, as the hair dresser told me it’s a little thin on one side, but I can’t really tell
