I have 2 toddlers and on the stick birth control and everything i eat i cant burn it off im getting soooooo fat !!!! I cant lose weight ! Is it the birth control or just mee???  I need to lose weight!!!!!!!!!! But idk how cuz im eating lesss Nd not at night anymore .....  after my 1st baby i got skinny without birth conntrol after birth but after my 2nd baby and the nexaplonon i got biggggg!!!!! Please i dont wanna get sick. I weigh 170 the max. And im 4'11 height and 30 years old..

You need to figure out what is causing the gain. It could be medical, I’d start by making a doctor appointment and having some bloodwork done. It could be mental, like an eating disorder, therapy helps. It could be lifestyle, see a nutritionist or a trainer - this also could be age related it’s harder to have bad nutrition and lose the older you get, so what worked in your 20s may not work in your 30s. I’d start with a doctor though, rule out the medical.

I think it’s different for everyone because I know women that are skinny and on birth control. But for me I gained weight being on birth control every time.

Weight gain happens for a lot of reasons but you’re better off speaking to a professional. 
Hormonal BC can increase appetite and of course, the body changes after pregnancy. Focus on eating well and enough, movement and drinking water. Talk to a professional about appropriate macros for you.
