UTI or period during sex?

I started bleeding on April 3rd til the 4th than it had stopped and resumed on Sunday. I had really bad cramping only when I peed and before this started. When it started I had clots and now i don’t have any. Yesterday it stopped and it hasn’t came back.

Me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom broke, I already took a plan b within 2/3 hours after we had sex because he went to 3 different stores.

Could it be a UTI or my period or both? Could I also be pregnant or is it too soon to tell? When would I check if I am?
