Tell or not

I love my coworker but she gets praised so much for her hard work & paid $2 more than me. I finished my bachelor’s degree in December & she has no degree. We not got a raise in Jan I got $1 more & she got $2 more. That was my first raise in 3 yrs. In reality I’m always showing her things & cleaning up after her mistakes. I am 27 & she is 50 so I’m more tech savvy. Some days we work from home & I’ve caught her multiple times clocking in from home but not doing any work! That makes me really upset bc why is she getting paid $29 x hr to do NOTHING. Today she clocked in for 6 hrs & did nothing. When I clocked in it was all on me. I’m busting my ass for $27. It bothers me a lot & I think it’s so wrong stealing from dr. but I do like her & we get along for the most part. What do I do? Tell on her or not
