Would you be uncomfortable in this situation?

I supervise a coworker in my office and we are both female around the same age (I am older by a year or two). Since we are the same age, we became close to the point where she asked for my instagram. We communicate off hours on instagram and send each other cat videos and talk about our general health. She recently got surgery and is really sick.She told me she has an IV stitched into her arm that she cannot take off and can barely get up from bed after surgery. I asked her if she needs anything this weekend because I told her a while back that if she needed help with groceries or anything, that I would be happy to help on weekends. She seemed to receive it well when I asked her the first time. but I wonder in general if that is crossing the line or if it is a nice gesture. Would you be uncomfortable in this situation?
