Anyone else experience this?

So I don’t track - just go off apps. One app said O day was the 11th, this app said the 13th. We had BD both days. So I’m only a few days past predicted ovulation.

However, on the 13th IT HURT SO BAD. I have been really nauseous ever since. Like almost to the point of getting sick but just gagging and dry heaving instead. Although, my appetite has increased and I’ve been eating a lot more.

Has anyone had such awful pain before/after sex for days?! If so, for how long? Besides the nausea, I’ve also been having such terrible cramps. 😫
