Ultrasound measuring differently than expected

I’m super nervous because I went to doctor and she insisted on ultrasound to make sure all was well since she couldn’t believe I was pregnant. She said I’m measuring 4 weeks 1-2 days not 5 weeks 3 days which is wild since while it does match up logistically it doesn’t match up to my ovulation! I’m so confused and hope this doesn’t mean baby isn’t growing. 😮‍💨

She said to come back end of next week to hear heart beat. So I guess we will see but so super nervous. Has this happened to anyone else??
