What the helly is on my leg

Hi!

So I recently found out that I have contracted 2 STI's ( C and G) and I was given medication however i'm now seeing a weird skin reaction..

These have been popping up all over my leg, they don't itch or anything.

I tried to go get looked at however due to me not having insurance currently, I do not have a primary physician. All that being said, I did go to the ER ab this reaction and they couldn't figure it out..

So hopefully y'all can help me.
