High Progesterone a good sign?

Currently taking Clomid to help with ovulation. I have follicle tracking scans around day 10, and then on day 21 i have a progesterone test. Cycle 3 i did ovulate and had a result of 41nmol/l. Cycle 4 i also ovulated and had a result of 48nmol/l. This cycle (currently CD25), my Day 21 test showed my progesterone was 70nmol/l!! Ive now convinced myself this means im pregnant, which is stupid. Does anyone else just live in hope ALL the time!? (Btw in the UK, progesterone above 30nmol/l indicates ovulation has occured)
