Wacky periods

At wat age did ur periods start going out of the ordinary im 33 nearly and for the past 3 months iv had my period lasting 7 days use to be 5 then id have a brakes nothing at all then 2 weeks after i just have this random spotting no wear never got anything like this Drs just said it could be start of perimenopause but my blood test say my levels are fine any one else experienced this since going in to ur 30s? Only way to explaine it is like im having 2 periods a month 7 days one is my normal cycle and last much longer then the 2 weeks after is just the slightest of spotting without needing any sanitary products 🙈 driving me mad🤷‍♀️
