PCOS— bleeding 3 months?

Any tips to get my period to stop? im honestly so over it this cycle!! my periods typically last 1.5-2.5 months but im still going strong smh. the whole month of march and april i was light bleeding every day until april 28th when i started heavy bleeding and its been heavy ever since with HUGE clots. every time i go to the gyno they tell me ita gotta run its course

no i do not want to go on BC again. estrogen increases my risk of stroke due to my migraines with aura and progesterone only pills dont do anything for me.
