Am I wrong?

Question

I have  a 15 month old and a 5 month old, all while trying to conceive again… my husband wants to wait until these two are out of diapers before having another but I don’t want to wait that long. I’ve already expressed to him that I would like to/ pray to have 2 more kids before I’m 35, because once I hit that age I plan on not having any more kids. And like I mentioned before he disagrees with me… so am I wrong for wanting another baby while my husband doesn’t right now?

Theres nothing wrong w having kids after 35. I had my 3rd and 4th after 35. It isnt like some switch happens and suddenly it's very different. Im not saying youre wrong in wanting more children, I have 4, but I do think your husband is clearly telling you hes not ready and yes I do think the downfall of pushing him into it outweighs you wishing to be done by 35 as an arbitrary deadline. Maybe dont wait until theyre out of diapers, but agree revisit the subject in 9 months- 1 year.

You can feel how you want but you still have to respect his side. 
Having kids can’t be a one sided decision. It has to be agreed on. You’ll just have to wait.
