Ectopic then miscarriage

After 10 years trying to conceive I conceived in October but it resulted in ectopic in Nov 24 with emergency surgery and tube removal. I then conceived again at end of march and just miscarried at the start of may.

I think my proestrogen was low but they don't test in the UK. And after spotting for a week and begging for it they did give to me but by this point it was too late.

Does anyone have any advice, success stories, anything?

It feels hopeless - it's so hard to get pregnant, now I'm worried about it being in the right place, and the pregnancy sticking I just feel like I'm never going to be a mum.
