Never seen ones this large before

Hello, I am currently wavering between normal and concerning. I put in an appointment request with OB, but its the weekend.

Period started on Tuesday ( 5 days late ) started out heavier than normal and more painful but I chalked it up to PCOS and Fibroids. Tampons barely lasted an hour and overnight pads, barely 2.

Thursday night I woke up to severe cramping, took some ibuprofen but they never fully kicked in, still felt lighter cramps. Friday brought soreness over my entire body, I could barely walk and stand.

Saturday and Today, I have passed several large blood clots and 4 very large ones. The largest being less than an hour ago. Ibuprofen is not helpful with the sharp pains ( which I assume is my cervix dilating to pass them ).

Is this normal for PCOS/fibroids and im just experiencing more symptoms?
