I’m fuming with rage because I’m pregnant with our second child and my husband wants to leave me alone with our toddler and car less to go to his sisters graduation. He would be driving out of state leaving me with no car for 2-3 days. I’m not having a great pregnancy and as is he’s gone a lot because he works nights so I’m already on the struggle bus. Might I add his sister and family don’t even like me and do not care for our son. I’m so upset… I feel like he could just FaceTime her and get her a really nice gift. 
Like these people weren’t even present when we got married. Im sure they’ll be fine if he skips the graduation. Being pregnant with a toddler is no joke

If his family doesn't like his wife and child why is he still in contact with them? He shouldn't even consider going on that alone and should never even have a thought of leaving his pregnant wife and child with no car for multiple days to go see people who don't like you. Incredibly selfish and disrespectful to you.

So Im seeing in other comments that your concern isnt really being without a car--it's that hes distanced from his family because you and them dont get along, so you kinda feel snubbed. In that case, I dont think it's up to you to decide he cant go be there for his sister's celebration. Even if youre right in principle, thats his family, and he can have a relationship with them separately from you especially when it comes to milestone type of events. Otherwise, if you tell him he has to miss these things, even if previously he agreed to distance, he will grow to resent you. Yes I understand it's hard to be pregnant with a toddler, Ive been there. Yes it will be a difficult couple of days (my husband's grandma passed when my 2nd was just a week old and he had to go tend to them long-distance and I dont have a great relationship w them either) but if this is important to him then I say let him go.

Why isnt he flying and leaving you with the car? Or getting a rental car for one of you for the duration?
