Too old?

We announced on Mothers Day that we are 11 weeks pregnant, my mother in law decided to tell us we are too old to have a baby, I just turned 34 and my husband just turned 41. We have an 8 year old and are really excited. She stated how old he will be with the kid graduates etc. and now it’s all I think about? Like was this a mistake things like that. I find myself not even able to be happy and I don’t want to feel this way.
