Fainting spells

I have low bp an I’m anemic I was just talking to my friend about this so I thought I’d ask y’all but when I faint sometimes I’ll have a tiny little dream, last time I fainted at work fell flat on my face and for what had to be all of 30 seconds I dreamed I was playing with my son (he’s 3) in the sand then I was just being dangled in the air by my coworker trying to wake me up lol but it was the best sleep like I felt like complete garbage right before passing out then it’s like nothing hurts just bliss an the teeniest dream I googled it and it said your brain can temporarily lose oxygen/blood flow and the little dreams are like when you die and you have flashes like near death experience and that just blew my mind does anyone else dream when you faint😅😬
