Ive been getting heat hives for 7/8 years now but it’s starting to get worse and like my doctor just refuses to listen to me and then spells my name wrong. 🙃

I’m not sure what you’re asking. There’s no being “wrong” for either of you in this scenario. You have your symptoms. And your doctor is saying they’ll refer you to a cardiologist after an in-person visit to dig deeper into the issue. What exactly is the expectation that isn’t being met by your doctor? The entire conversation gives a vibe of “I read about this thing on Google and demand unnecessary tests to rule it out, despite not having any formal medical knowledge or training.”

You’re expecting too much. I was diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction/POTS a year ago and I’m still waiting for my official appointment with the specialist who can give me an official diagnosis. just because you find something on google and think it would be helpful doesn’t mean the doctor can just go ahead and do it. That’s not how the healthcare system works. Unless you have thousands of dollars to burn and don’t care about insurance requirements.
