I’m so confused and lost someone help 😩

So i’m going to try to make this long story as short and detailed as possible so maybe someone can help me. Ok I had a miscarriage on Valentine’s day 2/14 at 12 weeks but the baby stopped growing at 10 weeks. Ok fast forward to currently. Currently I missed my cycle for April tested 4/10 got 3 positive faint lines. Went to the doctor 4/22 they didn’t see anything sent me to the hospital. Went to the hospital they tested my hcg it was 660 went back 4/24 hcg was now 1100. Went back to the doctor 5/7 and the here was nothing there but the gestational sac no pole no embryo no anything so they said past on the scan I was 5w 1d. I’m so confused please anyone with similar situation please comment 😩
