Maybe paranoid

I just want anyways opinion about my concerns. A week ago I’ve had taken a plan b but an hour later I had the devils tango with my bf and he didn’t pull out all the way. A week after I had taken a pregnancy test, 2 in fact but both came out negative, but I had taken it before my period should’ve come so is there still a possibility I’m pregnant but I took it too early? Or could my period just be late because of the plan b and I’m feeling symptoms from it. I’ve lately had a sudden extreme case from acne and sickness and my breasts have been hurting a lot. Thoughts?
