Has this happened to angone before ?

This is probably too much info, but recently been intimate with my husband, and I started to bleed( a good amount bright red but not super heavy) and thought oh my period came early and I get very super heavy periods so I was like oh OK. Let me go put a pad on before i go to bed this was on Tuesday …. so far no blood at all only when we had sex. Now i just been brown spotting since Tuesday Not on the pad just the paper but nothing on the pad , feels like my period just no cramps. I’m supposed to get my period on the 28th-29th

Has this ever happen to anyone before ? Maybe it’s just early or maybe it will full blown come next week or this weekend. But i feel so tired , sore breast and just totally out of it. I always bought a few days before my period but never a full week. Also during sex it was real blood not spotting.

Also i am not on birth control! Im 29 and I always worry about pre-menopause because I do not have kids yet and obviously want them. Also, I’m very anemic so I’m always exhausted but still. It gets worse each month like my period takes forever to drop and always diff I’m very irregular so reasons why I thought it was like a week early
