should I be worried that my boyfriend blushes over a girl he used to like?

my boyfriend and I are coworkers, but work on separate teams (so we don't actually work together). I know he used to like this other girl who is a coworker of mine because he is obvious when he likes someone. we've been together for some time now like a year or so, but we had a recent game of jenga as a teambuilding exercise. the girl he used to like won. during the exercise, I was so exhausted and having an anxiety attack because I just finished up buying a house and didnt have much sleep. days later, jenga was brought up in one of our meetings and when one of my coworkwers who left early from the jenga game day asked the team about it, the girl who won couldn't control her smiling and laughing, and I saw my boyfriend couldn't control his smiling and started to blush. should I be worried? I feel like he cares for me and puts in effort, but I just don't want to hold him back if he truly likes this girl more. I am also a great girl so I can confidently say this!
