Helppp!! Pms or pregs 😱

So I’m about 5-6 Dpo, I woke up today with extreme nausea, a stomach ache that lasted on & off ab 15 mins & dull cramping that has since went away but it comes & goes this past week, during ovulation i had right side cramping and after me & my partner did the deeds I had cramping after, fast forwards a few days I had that right side cramping again it was painful to touch, move, or laugh but manageable, I have discharge that look like this, my cycle is about 27 days according to the app I’m about 11 days away from my period maybe I’m over stressing & it’s just pms or something a lil deeper possibly implantation has anyone ever experienced something like this ?
