Return of endometriosis

How long after surgerydid endometriosiscome back. I had surgery in june 2024 for stage 4 before surgery i was suffering sharp cuttjng pains in my bowel while on a period from then until march ive had no pain now its returned. Also how do you cope with the depression ive been trying for 12-13 years with 3 possible miscarriages ( not confirmed by doctor) in that time my sister has had 6 children and 1 person i know has had a baby and 2 more are pregnant this infertility is really depressing!!!
