Can someone give me advice with endo

Since I was 10 I had extremely painful periods and was bleeding a lot while I was on my period. I was diagnosed with menorrhea and dysmenorrhea. One day in school I think I was in year 10 ( I was 15 or 16 years old)I missed my period and since then I have been having problems.I’m secondary school I remember being in pain and I didn’t want to do PE because of it . I am 19 years old now I have severe lower back pain/pelvic pain which I end up in A&E as it affects my ability to even walk up stairs and I can’t preform my daily activities. Due to my health I missed out on so much school I failed most of my year 11 exams due to my excruciating pain and I got low grades in sixth form. I don’t think the doctors understand anything they say it’s in my head there is nothing wrong everything is normal .They prescribed me the pill about 4-5 times it didn’t work since I’m off of it my symptoms go back even heavier I tried POP twice and combined about three times combined made it worse .I get migraines and abnormal bleeding while being on it I don’t find my symptoms improving and they don’t believe this .I am in pain most of the time about 3 weeks at leat during a month I had a laparoscopy in September 2024 they couldn’t find any endometriosis or PCOS a ObGYN did it. My follow up appointment after the laparoscopy I was talking to the doctor and asked how it didn’t show up she said if it was there it would be black it’s only black she said but that’s not true it can be in different colours .But PCOS showed up in all my ultrasound scans and endometriomas showed up in 3 or 4 of my ultrasound scans that I had. I am so tired I have been told to get on the pill again in A&E when I last went it’s been two weeks I think they said take it until 3 -6 months don’t give up. I had a endo specialist appointment and they said that I could possibly have endo but they don’t want to diagnose it they just want to shut me up with the pill I have already waited 9 years. She said it could be missed and can be microscopic that I should take POP again without non stop until I plan to have a baby I don’t think this is right. My other symptoms are bloating, nausea, feeling faint, low blood pressure, irregular periods, im bed bounded on my periods , ovulation pain, recurring ovarian cysts, losing my appetite on my periods because of the pain and throwing up, painful urination, frequent urination , constipation on my periods . I didn’t even get an MRI till this time as well. Do you guys think I have endometriosis.
