Do u have to be on anxiety meds all ur life?
Like everyday u have to take them for the rest of ur life? I have pills but dont take them everyday... cuz everyday i dont feel anxeity.. but lately i been feeling anxiety... idk why.:: im just been stressed out lately and overwhelemed.. so do i have to take them or no
